Privacy Policy

Manifold Clean Energy Pvt. Ltd. ("Manifold", "we", "us") collects personal information so that we can answer enquiries, assess product applications, deliver and service our products, and meet our legal obligations. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone numbers, city and postal address.
• Application details: identification numbers and documents, property or vehicle details, fuel and water supply information, usage estimates and payment preferences.
• Correspondence: the content of emails, calls and enquiry forms.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected in ordinary server logs.

How we use it

• To respond to an enquiry or process an application.
• To carry out verification, technical assessment and site inspection where a product is involved.
• To deliver, install, service and warrant products.
• To send service notices, and marketing only where you have asked for it.
• To comply with tax, safety and regulatory requirements.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only with parties who need it to deliver what you asked for: authorised installation and service partners, logistics providers, and financing institutions where you have applied for financing. We also disclose information where the law or a regulator requires it. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for two years. Application and installation records are kept for the life of the product plus the statutory retention period that applies to warranty and tax records. You can ask us to delete data sooner — see the Data Deletion policy.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Write to info@manifoldcleanenergy.co.in and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

Uploaded documents and application records are stored with access limited to the review team. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Terms of Service

These terms govern the supply of Manifold products and services, including the Kinetic Hydrogen Cooking Stove and the hydrogen conversion kit for three-wheelers.

Applications and orders

• Submitting an application does not create a contract, reserve stock or guarantee installation.
• We may accept, reject or defer an application without giving a reason.
• A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation.

Installation

Products are installed by Manifold or by an authorised partner. You must provide safe access to the installation site, a suitable power supply and a water source that meets the published specification. Timelines are estimates and may change with location, availability and regulatory approvals.

Use of the product

• Use only purified water that meets the specification in the handbook.
• Do not modify, dismantle or repair the generation cell yourself.
• Have the product serviced at the published intervals.

Warranty

Warranty cover is set out in the Warranty Certificate supplied with the product. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, water outside specification, accident or force majeure.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of earnings or other indirect loss.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.

Product specifications, performance figures, prices and timelines on this site are indicative and may change without notice. Some figures shown are for pre-production units. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a warranty of performance.

Intellectual property

All text, images, drawings, logos and layout on this site belong to Manifold Clean Energy Pvt. Ltd. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not republish, sell or reproduce any part of the site commercially without written permission.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting infrastructure.
• Do not submit false information through any form on the site.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or overload the site.

External links

The site links to third-party services, including an embedded map. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.

Availability

We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption, and we may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

Refund Policy

Application processing fee

Where an application processing fee applies, it covers administrative review, technical assessment, verification and site inspection. If the financing application is rejected, any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Cancellation before installation

• Cancel more than 14 days before the scheduled installation date and any amount paid towards the product is refunded in full, less the processing fee.
• Cancel within 14 days of the scheduled date and we deduct any costs already incurred, such as logistics and partner scheduling.

After installation

Installed products are not returnable except where the product is defective. A defective product is repaired, replaced or refunded at our option under the Warranty Certificate.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days of approval. Financing arrangements are settled directly with the financing institution.

Requesting a refund

Write to info@manifoldcleanenergy.co.in with your order reference and the reason for the request.

Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you at any time.

How to ask

• Email info@manifoldcleanenergy.co.in with the subject line "Data deletion request".
• Include the name, email address and phone number you used when contacting us, so we can find the records.
• We may ask one verification question before acting, to make sure the request is genuine.

What happens next

We acknowledge the request within 3 working days and complete it within 30 days. Uploaded identity and address documents are deleted first. You receive written confirmation when the deletion is done.

What we may keep

We keep the minimum records that the law requires us to retain — invoices and tax records, safety and installation records for an installed product, and any records needed to defend a legal claim. These are kept in restricted storage and are not used for any other purpose.

Effect of deletion

Once records are deleted we cannot process a pending application, honour a warranty claim that relies on the deleted installation record, or restore the data later.

Disclosure Policy

Product claims

Figures published for range, output, runtime, consumption and running cost are measured on pre-production units under test conditions and are stated as indicative. Real results vary with duty cycle, water quality, ambient conditions and vehicle or appliance condition.

Development status

Some products described on this site are in pilot or pre-production. Where a product requires certification or type approval, that status is stated on the product page. Availability dates are targets, not commitments.

Partnerships and sponsorship

Where a page mentions a partner, pilot programme, grant or institutional collaboration, we disclose the relationship on that page. We do not publish paid endorsements presented as independent reviews.

Testimonials

Customer testimonials are published only with written consent and describe that customer's own experience. They are not a guarantee that another user will get the same result.

Corrections

If you believe something published here is inaccurate, write to info@manifoldcleanenergy.co.in and we will review and correct it where warranted.

Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. This site keeps its use of them to a minimum.
